## How guest replies work, in four steps

  • Share your invitation link on WhatsApp. Send it to family groups or to each guest. It opens in the phone's browser; no app is needed.
  • Guests tap RSVP inside the invitation. They choose coming, not coming or maybe, the number of guests and the functions they will attend, and they can write a blessing for you.
  • Replies appear on your order status page. Open your private order link and look for the "Guest replies" card. It shows totals and every reply, newest first, and checks for new ones every minute.
  • Download or share the list. Download it as a CSV file (opens in Excel or Google Sheets) or share a summary on WhatsApp.

    In your details form you can set an RSVP deadline and an RSVP WhatsApp number.

    ## Can a guest change their reply?

    Yes. A guest can open the invitation again on the same phone and update the reply. Your list shows the latest answer.

    ## Is the guest list private?

    Yes. Only you see the list, through your private order link; our team can see it only to help you. Guests do not see each other's replies, and no phone numbers are shown publicly.

    ## Lost control of the link?

    If your invitation was forwarded far wider than you wanted, message us on WhatsApp and ask us to reset the RSVP link. Replies can then no longer be sent through the old link.
